NOTICE UNDER S123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 OPEN SPACE LAND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that South Holland District Council intends to proceed to dispose of the following areas of land to Quadring Parish Council:

• Land at Caswell Drive, Quadring.

• Land at St Margarets, Quadring.

Copies of the two plans showing the lands edged red and this Notice may be inspected at the address provided below. The areas may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposals must be given.

Objections to the intended disposals must be made in writing and addressed to:- Marc Whelan, Asset and Property Team, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 2XE By no later than 12:00 noon on 26 March 2024
