Erection of a two storey rear extension with patio area, removal of rear porch, adaptations to front boundary wall including partial removal of brickwork and installation of metal railings, replacement render, roof covering and windows to main dwelling, works to internal floors and walls, replacement kitchen/bathroom fixtures and fittings, alterations/repairs to outbuilding/garage including new roofs and floor, and other associated Internal and external refurbishment works (Amended location plan and New Ownership).
