Boom Power Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Installation of renewable energy generating solar farm comprising ground-mounted photovoltaic solar arrays together with substation, tower connection, transformer stations, switchroom, site accesses, internal access tracks, security measures, access gates, other ancillary infrastructure and landscaping and biodiversity enhancements. Taylor Wimpey is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Reserved matters approval for development of 118 dwellings, associated drainage and North Eastern SuDS basin, entirety of the spine road and central green corridor landscape works.
24/00391/FUL - Sunderland Deaf Society Limited 35 North Bridge Street Sunderland SR5 1AH. Vindamora Property Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from social club to a 19 bedroom house of multiple occupation with associated elevational alterations, including a dormer window, new windows, solar panels, new stairs to the basement level, removing ramp and Velux windows.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of various listed buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
.24/00358/FUL - Aldi Stores Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Erection of retail unit (Class E) with associated access, car parking, hard and soft landscaping and associated works.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Philadelphia Depot which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
24/00407/FUL - 4 Roker Terrace Sunderland SR6 9NB. Mr Neville Rodgers is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Proposed first floor bay window extension/alterations to front.
