Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) –
Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposed development at: Land North, North West and West of Peterhead, Aberdeenshire
For: Formation of onshore landfall point, laying of underground cable, erection of substation and associated development
Public exhibitions will be held at:
Peterhead Football Club, Balmoor Terrace, Peterhead AB42 1EQ –
26 March 2024, from 2pm-7pm; and
Longside Parish Church Hall, 4-13 Inn Brae, Longside AB42 4XN –
27 March 2024, from 2pm-7pm.
A virtual public exhibition will also be made available at www.muirmhor.co.uk, from 26 March 2024.
Exhibition materials will include feedback on comments raised during the first round of public exhibitions during November 2023.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so before 17 May 2024 by:
Completing comment forms available at the exhibition or at the virtual exhibition;
Email to info@muirmhor.co.uk; or
Post to Muir Mhor Offshore Wind Farm Ltd, 120 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2EN.
A formal planning application has not yet been submitted. Comments should not be submitted to Aberdeenshire Council at this stage. Comments submitted at this stage are not formal representations submitted to the planning authority. A planning application to Aberdeenshire Council will follow, at which point there will be a period for formal representations to Aberdeenshire Council.
