Notice under Regulation 20 - publicity where an Environmental Statement is submitted after the planning application.
Proposed development of up to 148 dwellings (all matters other than access reserved for future development) together with associated Infrastructure (Including public open space) on land east of Hayes Drive and north of Church Lane, Three Mile Cross, Reading by Wates Development Ltd.
I give notice that an application is being made for planning permission by Wates Development Ltd to Wokingham Borough Council, Council Offices, Shute End, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 1BN. The application was submitted to Wokingham Borough Council on 8th December 2023 (their reference 233038).
A copy of the application for planning permission, any accompanying plans and other documents and a copy of the environmental statement may be inspected by members of the public at all reasonable hours.
The documents can be inspected until Friday 12th April 2024 at the offices of:
- Wokingham Borough Council ((open weekdays 9am to 5pm (except bank holidays)) ;or
- Woolf Bond Planning, The Mitfords, Basingstoke Road, Three Mile Cross (Monday to Wednesday 9am to 5pm (except bank holidays)).
The documents are available to view on the Council's website until at least Friday 12th April 2024 at www.wokingham.gov.uk. Search for planning application reference 233038 at via "Planning" and then "Planning applications" and then "search applications using application details". Copies of the Environmental Statement may be obtained from the offices of Woolf Bond Planning so long as stocks last for £1,000. Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing, before Friday 12" April 2023 (quoting planning application reference 233038) to Wokingham Borough Council, Council Offices, Shute End, Wokingham, RG40 1BN.
