Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has
received applications for planning permission, Listed
Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development,
Significant Development, or which may affect a Public
Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as
briefly described in the following schedule. MO/2024/0223
& MO/2024/0239: 46, The Street, Ashtead, KT21
1AZ: Conversion of upper floors to create one flat with
independent access. First floor extension to create 2
No. flats. Demolition of garage and addition of cycle and
bin storage. MO/2024/0252: 31, Mill Lane, Dorking,
RH4 1DX: Variation of condition 2 of approved planning
permission MO/2019/0239 for a basement extension with
courtyard and new boundary wall, to allow retention of an
opening in the front wall to enable access to the garden
and basement and to allow the storage of refuse bins
on the property. MO/2024/0270: Happy Acres, Russ
Hill, Charlwood, RH6 0EL: Erection of an agricultural
storage barn with associated hardstanding and access
track. MO/2024/0274: Christ Church United Reform
Church, Epsom Road, Leatherhead, KT22 8ST:
Variation of condition 2 of approved planning permission
MO/2021/2235 for the erection of an Extra Care
Community (Use Class C2) comprising 3 No. buildings with
rooms in the roof space providing 62 No. self-contained
apartments (1 and 2 beds) and ancillary facilities, together
with undercroft parking and landscaping following the
demolition of existing buildings, to allow relocation of the
mechanical plant on the roof to the south corner of site
and relocation of external footpath along access route on
site. MO/2024/0278: Keepers Cottage, 1, Milton Street,
Westcott, RH4 3PX: Erection of first floor extension.
MO/2024/0291: Headley Court (Mansion House Site),
Headley Road, Headley, KT18 6JN: Variation of condition
2 of approved planning permission MO/2023/0301 for
the retention and conversion of existing listed mansion
house to C2 accommodation and associated communal
facilities, alongside the relocation of the sarcophagus
flower trough, sundial, and winged lion seat garden
features and temporary dismantling of left hand pier of
gate located at the northern Headley Road 'Jubilee' access
to facilitate construction access (application for Listed
Building Consent), to vary the wording of condition 2 in
order to substitute approved drawings relating to internal
works. Copies of these applications and plans are open
for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk. Representations
should be submitted in writing by 28 March 2024
