24L/0570 - 55 St Michaels Road, Liverpool (17). Applicant Mr Anthony McCormick (Liverpool Hope University). To replace x 1 existing rooflight to the front elevation.
24L/0548 - The Elephant, 1 Woolton Street, Liverpool (25) 
Applicant Mr Ross Robinson (Red Fox & Peacock). To retain replacement windows at first floor level.
23L/2880 - 55 Hope Street (1) Applicant Mr Stephen Shack, One Vision Housing. To carry out internal flat entrance door replacement works.
24F/0413 - 179-195 Oakfield Road (4) Applicant M Pearmain, Your Housing Group. To refurbish row of 9 terraced dwellings to create mixed use residential and community business hub, including 8 dwellings and 2 commercial units, including change of use from residential to community lead office-training-retail-microbrewery facilities, including single storey extensions, provision of roof decks, dormer bedrooms and hard landscaping and boundary wall treatment.
24F/0350 - David Lloyd Leisure Centre, Speke Road (24) Applicant Mr John Mullen, David Lloyd Leisure. To develop an external spa garden and refurbishment of the existing pool terrace, within the curtilage of the building, including the removal of an outdoor bar and the installation of a sauna, spa hut, associated store facility and a hydro pool.
24L/0349 - David Lloyd Leisure Centre, Speke Road (24) Applicant Mr John Mullen, David Lloyd Leisure. To partially refurbish the Leisure Centre, carry out internal alterations associated with the removal of an internal tennis court, relocation of internal spa facilities, an extension to the children’s pool and the installation of a family changing area.
24H/0473 - 9 Langham Avenue Applicant Mr Paul Higgins. To erect single storey extension to rear, dormer extension to rear, install 1 rooflight to front roof plane and carry out internal and external alterations, part alternative to 23F/1457.
24F/0386 - 61-63 Bold Street (1) Applicant Joel Barker, Franco Manca. To install a new extraction duct to elevation at rear.
24H/0343 - 18 Sefton Drive Applicant Stephanie Power.
To install no. 1 rooflight to rear of roof.
