Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.
Application reference: PL/2023/0002490/FUL Site address: 113 Earlsdon Avenue North Proposed development: Conversion of existing dwelling into 5 no. flats and associated works Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2024/0000322/HHA Site address: 76 Kenilworth Road Proposed development: Erection of garage to front (retrospective) Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2024/0000341/HHA Site address: 41 Binley Road Proposed development: Erection of railings along site boundary
Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2024/0000337/PAEC Site address: The Albany Club, 10 Earlsdon Street
Proposed development: Installation of 20m monopole, accommodating 6no. antennas, 2no. microwave dishes & RRU’s, the installation of 6no. equipment cabinets, along with ancillary works
Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
