Development Description
Reserved matters application pursuant to condition 4, attached to 12/0546 as amended by 18/0619 and 18/1002 for the redevelopment of Princess Royal Barracks for 1200 dwellings, for the erection of 120 dwellings (Phase 6a) with access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping being considered and submission of details, in part, to comply with conditions 9 (affordable housing strategy), 16 (ecological mitigation and management), 23 (vehicle and cycle access visibility splays), 27 (cycle parking), 29 (tree retention and protection) and 37 (refuse and recycling strategy).
Anyone who wishes to make representations in connection with the above application should submit them in writing to the Head of Planning of Surrey Heath Borough Council at the above address by no later than 27th March 2024.
