What is planned?

WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:

a) 147870: Gainsborough: The Shortis Group: Wilco Motosave Ltd, 2 Southolme: remove & replace portal framed building

b) 147942: Gainsborough Mr J Alcock: 165 Sandsfield Lane: erect double garage with gym. (affects right of way)

c) 147929: Brampton: Mr & Mrs Hayes: Priory Cottage, Main St: consent to erect garage & gates, replacement windows, changes to openings & internal alterations. (planning app 147929 also rec’d)

d) 147962: Fiskerton: Grey Street Solar Ltd: The Old Airfield, Reepham Rd: vary conditions 6 & 11 of 142117 to increase height of communication mast & allow 40 years operational life of solar farm (major app)(affects right of way)

e) 147972: Welton: Mrs D Jagger: 44 Ryland Rd: erect replacement rear extension (affects right of way)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
