Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Affects the Character of a Conservation Area - Application: 40/24/0003 Variation of Condition No. 02 (approved plans) of application 40/23/0004 for reduction in footprint with alterations to openings at Thornfalcon House, Church Lane, Thornfalcon.

Affects the Setting of Listed Building - Application: 40/24/0002 Change of use of land to residential for holiday let with siting of 2 No. shepherds huts, formation of access track, parking area and associated works at Manor Farm, Thorn Lane, Thornfalcon.

Listed Building Consent - Application: 49/24/0004/LB Erection of extension to chimneys at Lower Grants Farmhouse, Grants Lane, Wiveliscombe.

The applications can be viewed online www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-west or at Council Offices & libraries. Comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email planningwest@somerset.gov.uk or posted to Somerset Planning West, Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton TA1 1HE within 21 days (quote the application number). Please include your name, postal & email address for your comments to be recorded. Responses will be made available for public inspection.
