SECTION 123(2A) THE PROPOSED SALE OF PUBLIC OPEN
SPACE LAND AT STANSFIELD ROAD AND
PEMBERTON ROAD, CASTLEFORD
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wakefield is considering selling land at Stansfield Road and Pemberton Road, Castleford
comprising approximately 183,284 sq m (45.3 acres) of public open space.
A copy of the plan indicating the land in question,
together with further details, may be inspected on the Wakefield Council website at https:// www.wakefield.gov.uk/business/propertyfor-sale-or-rent and during opening hours at Wakefield One reception desk.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objections in writing by emailing the Corporate Property Officer at
(corporatelandlord@wakefield.gov.uk) and quoting reference: PM/TF/L/02636. Letters can be sent to Corporate Landlord, Wakefield One,
PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB,
to be received no later than 29th March 2024
and must give full reasons for the objections.
