Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication. 

TWC/2024/0156 – 21 Darby Road, Coalbrookdale – Variation of condition 5 (deposited plans) on planning application TWC/2023/0598 (Repairs to front boundary wall, replacement of a side boundary retaining wall and installation of fence to the front of the property and paving slabs to front and rear (Full Planning Application)) to remove side retaining wall element

TWC/2024/0165 – Land North of Stretton View, Buildwas Road, Ironbridge – Change of use of land North of Stretton View for the siting of up to 12no. holiday lodges (falling under the definition of a caravan under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 and the Caravan Sites Act 1968 (or any Act revoking and re-enacting those Acts)

TWC/2024/0170 – Polytec Car Styling, Telford 54 Business Park, Nedge Hill – Variation of condition 15 (deposited plans) of planning permission TWC/2016/1198 (Erection of an industrial building (use class B1, B2 & B8) with associated parking, access and landscaping) to allow the amendment of elevational height and treatment to Phase 3 

TWC/2024/0175 & TWC/2024/0176 – 29-31, High Street, Newport – Installation and display of 1no. static illuminated fascia sign, 2no. non- illuminated fascia signs, 1no. static illuminated hanging sign and ATM surround (Listed Building & Advertisement Applications) 

TWC/2024/0177 – Land East of Queensway HLC, Queensway, Hortonwood – Variation of condition 3 (deposited plans) on planning application TWC/2019/0630 (Alterations to development at Plot B, Hortonwood, approved under outline planning permission TWC/2016/0955 and reserved matters approval TWC/2017/0690) to allow the installation of an additional 5no. silos 

TWC/2024/0180 – Deepdale Farm, Chester Road, Chetwynd, Newport – Change of use from dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to residential institutions (Use Class C2) 

TWC/2024/0181 – Severn Trent Water Ltd, Rushmoor Sewage Works, Rushmoor – Installation of 1no. motor control centre kiosk
