Applications for Listed Building Consent/ Planning permission within a Conservation Area have been submitted for: 

24/00215/FUH - Erection of two storey side and single storey rear extension at 1 Friary Avenue, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6QQ.

 24/00223/FUL & 24/00224/LBC - Replacement of existing rainwater hopper and pipe, and installation of staircase leading to roof top with construction of roof top glass balustrade at Pool House, 30 Dam Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire. 

24/00259/FUL - Installation of pedestrian pathway from Pegasus Lichfield Bonds (new development) to Stowe Fields Cross keys at Land At Quonians Lane, Lichfield, Staffordshire . 

24/00195/FUL - Proposed internal alterations and external visual & access alterations at The Lichfield Garrick Theatre, Castle Dyke, Lichfield, Staffordshire. 

24/00220/LBC - Listed Building works for alterations to bedroom ceilings to provide vaulted ceilings at Barleycorn Cottage, 13 Church Road, Alrewas, Burton Upon Trent. 

The above application(s) are available for inspection on the Lichfield District Council website https://www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/planning. Representations should be made via either the website or email to Neighbour.Responses@lichfielddc.gov.uk, within 21 days of this notice. The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that any representations received must be available for inspection and may be copied.
