Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013
PRE-APPLICATION EVENT
Proposed residential development - Easterhouse Road, Aberdalgie Road & Bardinnie Road, Blairtummock, Glasgow G34 9HR.
Applicants: Miller Homes Limited.
Proposal: The erection of a residential development, including all associated drainage, road infrastructure, landscaping and access works, together with all necessary utilities.
Face-to-face Public Exhibitions/Consultations will take place on Monday 18th March 2024 & Monday 8th April 2024 between 2pm and 7pm, all interested parties are invited to attend.
This event will take place within: Easterhouse Parish Church, Aberdalgie Road, Blairtummock G34 9HR.

Those wishing to make comment on the proposals may do so either via the dedicated web page, or in person through feedback forms that will be available at either of the above events. These can either filled in and returned on the day or returned to the address below, or indeed completed on-line via our dedicated web page. Any comments should be received by no later than Tuesday 30th April 2024.

Please note that any written representations made must be sent to the address below, and not to Glasgow City Council. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will be afforded once a formal Planning Application has been lodged.
