NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application® have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000122/24 - Proposed 10 pitch extension to existing gypsy and traveller site at land adj. to Huntley Lane Yard, Chester Road, Flint.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

CONS/000103/24 - Removal of the current conservatory structure and replacement with new orangery design at Ysgubor Y Plas, Llanasa, Holywell. (Development affecting the character or appearance of a Conservation Area).

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND

In compliance with section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972, Rintshire County Council gives notice that it intends to dispose, by the grant of a lease, of open space land situated off Mill Lane, Connah's Quay, Flintshire, CH5 4HF for a peppercorn rent, to be used as a Community Garden serving local neighbourhood needs. A copy of a plan of the site may be inspected at Connah's Quay Library, Wepre Drive, Connah's Quay, Deeside, CH5 4HA during normal office hours, and is available for inspection on the Council's website Public Notices Section) at www.flintshire.gov.uk. Any objections, giving reasons, regarding the intended disposal, should be made, in writing, to Valuation and Estates Team, Rintshire County Council, Ty Dewi Sant, St. Davids Park, Ewloe CH5 3FF or by e-mail to ValuationandEstates@flintshire.gov.uk to be received no later than 29 March 2024.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 HOLYWELL

Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding in Pen Y Ball Street between its junctions wilh Cross Street and A5026 Fron Park Road, Hotywell in the County of Rintshire.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate gas mains replacement works with associated works by Wales and West Utilities.

The alternative route available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The Order comes into force on the 4 March 2024. It is anticipated that the road will only be closed for 6 weeks, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.

PROPOSED PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME

Flintshire County Council propose to make an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (CmI Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013, so as to introduce:-

CmI

1. 'No Waiting at Any Time'

a. At the junction of Unnamed Road 1, with Castle Park Industrial Estate Service Road.

b. On the south western side of the Castle Park Industrial Estate Service Road.

c. At the junction of Castle Park Industrial Estate Service Road with Unnamed Road 2.

In all other respects the present previsions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Races) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.

NOTICE OF MAKING THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

MOLD ROAD, BUCKLEY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME, LIMITED WAITING BAYS, BUS STOP CLEARWAYS AND REMOVAL OF NO WAITING 7AM - 7PM RESTRICTIONS

EXPERIMENTAL ORDER

Notice is hereby given that on the 27th February 2024, Rintshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") made an Experimental Order in exercise of its powers under Section 9,10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act of 1984") the effect of which will be to:-

1. Suspend the 'No Waiting 7am - 7pm' restrictions on parts of Mold Road, Buckley

contained within 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Races) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013

2. Introduce on an Experimental basis 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following length of road: (a) on part of both sides on Mold Road, Buckley

3. Introduce on an Experimental basis 'Umited Waiting bays for 20 minutes, No return within 1 hour' on the following length of road: (a) On the north side lay-by on Mold Road, Buckley

4. Introduce on an Experimental basis 'Bus Clearway' restrictions on the following length of road: (a) On the north and south side lay-by's on Mold Road, Buckley

In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Races) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.

The Experimental Order will come into operation on the 8th March 2024 for a period of 18 months. A copy of the Order, together with a plan showing the length of roads to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order, may be examined at Flintshire Connects, Buckley Ubrary, The Precinct, Buckley, Rintshire, CH7 2EF, during opening hours or they may be viewed on our website at www.Flintshire.gov.uk > Resident > Roads, Streets and Travel > Traffic Regulation Orders or you can request a copy of the documents by emailing Streetscene@flintshire.gov.uk or by calling 01352701234.

The Council mil be considering, in due course, whether the provisions of the Order should be continued in force indefinitely. Within a period of 6 months from the coming into force of the Order, or if the Order is subsequentfy modified or varied, from the coming into operation of that modification or the variation (whichever is the latest), any person may object to the making of the Order for the purposes of such indefinite continuation.

Objections to the Order, together wilh the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned within six months of the date on which this Order shall have come into force, or the date on which any variation or modification or the latest variation or modification shall have come into force and quoting the reference SS/TRO/JB/EO-63/2024.

If it appears essential to the Council that it is necessary in the interests of the expeditious, convenient or safe movement of traffic or of the provision of suitable and adequate parking facilities on the highway or for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which any length of road affected by the Order runs, then the nominated officer of the Council below, may modify or suspend the Order or any provisions thereof.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Experimental Order (which was made on the 27th February 2024) or any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the appropriate legislation, or on the grounds that any requirement of such legislation, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 27th February 2024, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
