I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:

APP/24/00037/F Proposed single storey granny annex to rear garden. 39 Salterns Road.

APP/24/00108/F Demolition of existing warehouse. Sever plot into two. Change of use to new rear plot to residential. Erection of 1 x 4 bed 2.5 storey dwelling with supporting amenity space and on-plot parking. Variation of conditions 2, 3,4, 5, 7 & 9 of planning permission.

APP/20/00660/F for: Condition 2 Replace existing approved drawings with new drawings attached to this application, Condition 3 Replace the previously approved materials with materials shown on drawing 23111-26, Condition 4 advised by Transportation Officer at BCP that access is only required for the bins, which has been catered for, Condition 5 car parking revised as drawing 23111-23, Condition 7 Information from CGS Civils supplied, Condition 9 Location and types of bat and swift boxes revised. 111 Commercial Road.

APP/24/00137/F Change of use from offices, along with an extension to form a 3 bedroom detached house with an integral garage. 13 Ravine Road.

APP/24/00146/F Formation of a rear patio and the erection of a detached garage with a forecourt parking area and vehicle crossover, including associated drainage works, ground level changes, construction of retaining walls and soft landscaping works (part retrospective) 93 Ashington Lane.

APP/24/00148/F Creation of new vehicle access to site from Canford Cliffs Road. 75 Canford Cliffs Road.

APP/24/00153/F Application to replace 2 no. existing external cash machines with 2 no. new machines. The body of the existing devices are within the branch and pass-through glazed shopfront. The existing paying-in machine on the right will be removed and shopfront glazing replaced to match existing. 165-167 High Street.

APP/24/00189/F Replace windows on the ground floor marked in red on submitted drawings 2383-02. The existing green windows are to be replaced with polyester powder coated aluminium windows in colour RAL 7016, to match the windows of previously approved (and now replaced) windows as per application APP/20/00294/F. St Anns Hospital, 69 Haven Road.
