Take notice that application is being made by: Urban Life (TBW) Limited For planning permission to: The proposed development includes the demolition and clearance of existing buildings and structures on site and construction of 94no. residential dwellings (36no. houses and 58no. apartments) and a remote working/community hub for use by residents of the new development. buildings on site will range from two to three storeys in the case of houses and up to five storeys in the case of apartment buildings. The proposal includes the provision of open space, landscaping, roads, footpaths, public lighting and all associated site development works including retaining walls/structures where required. Vehicular access is proposed via two entrances onto Broadwater Lane.Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent TC1 1RS.Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
