North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Proposal: Application to vary condition no 1 approved plans of application reference: 2019/21245/VAR issued on 04.02.2020 to allow changes to the design of the house and to allow revised drawings to be approved for Mr Edward Harrison Location: Lingah House Baxter Wood Cross Hills BD20 8BB Reason: Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: ZA24/25713/HH Proposal: Demolish existing outbuilding build replacement kitchen/utility in same position for Mrs Caroline Hanham Location: 45 Castle Street Skipton BD23 2DH Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: ZA24/25671/LBC. Proposal: Removal of chimney inspection of roof slates and replace slates as necessary installation of heritage skylight and replace the internal ceiling for Laura Boyd Location: Rallinbrow Bankwell Road Giggleswick BD24 0AP Reasons: Proposes works to a Listed Building. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: ZA24/25723/VAR. Proposal: Application to vary condition 2 approved plans on planning permission referenced 2018/19367/FUL issued on 21.12.2018 and varied under 2021/22928/VAR issued on 29.07.2021 for reinforced concrete wall extra window to north elevation change to living room windows south & west and change to ground floor internal layout for Mr Richard Pryke Location: Land Off Chapel Hill Skipton BD23 1UJ Reasons: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Application No: ZA24/25708/FUL. Proposal: Part demolition and rebuilding of redundant barn with extension to form a C3 residential dwelling laying out of access car parking and landscaping for Messrs Burton Allen & Bell Location: Barn To North Draughton Hall Low Lane Draughton Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details.
