The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent Application No: 2023/01574/LBC Application Type: Listed Building Consent Location: Red Lion, 58 - 60 London Road, Warrington WA4 6HN Proposal: Listed Building Consent for replacement and repair of existing windows and the removal and rebuilding of existing chimneys Applicant: Daniel Thwaites Plc

Reason for notice: Major Planning Application Application No: 2024/00087/FULM Application Type: Full Planning (Major) Location: Land At Wildersmoor Hall Farm Higher Lane, Lymm, Warrington WA13 0BY Proposal: Proposed 2.5MW solar farm including PV panels mounted on metal frames, new access tracks, underground cabling, perimeter fencing with CCTV cameras and access gates, a temporary construction compound and all ancillary grid infrastructure and associated works. Applicant: Lymm Community Energy Ltd

Reason for notice: Major Planning Application Application No: 2024/00142/REMM Application Type: Reserved Matters (Major) Location: Land At Peel Hall; Extending Between M62 To The North, Mill Lane To The East, Poplars Avenue To The South And Elm Road To The West, Warrington Proposal: Approval of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping (including landscaping of the approved accesses) of 405 dwellings, playing fields including upgrades to multi-use games area, community building and associated car parking, public open space including footpaths, allotments and areas of play, primary substation, substation, pumping station, internal estate roads and footways, and other associated infrastructure associated with outline planning permission 2016/28492 Applicant: Countryside Partnerships
