The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: Major Planning Application Application No: 2024/00087/FULM Application Type: Full Planning (Major) Location: Land At Wildersmoor Hall Farm Higher Lane, Lymm, Warrington WA13 0BY Proposal: Proposed 2.5MW solar farm including PV panels mounted on metal frames, new access tracks, underground cabling, perimeter fencing with CCTV cameras and access gates, a temporary construction compound and all ancillary grid infrastructure and associated works.
