The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/24/96687/RM Land Adjacent 21 Garrett Lane Tyldesley Manchester M29 7EY. Reserved Matters application to A/22/94473/OUT for the erection of 2 detached dwellings, seeking approval for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building.
