What is planned?

LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest ("the Council*) hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following area of public highway which is shown hatched black and edged red on the plan attached to the draft order and being: 

* part of Boscombe Avenue, E10 adjacent to 24-30 Boscombe Avenue and being a rectangular shaped area of public highway comprising 17.6 sqm running for a length of 6.9 metres with a width of 2.8 metres

IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only n order to enable development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest on 15 March 2021 under reference 192544 on the land adjacent to 24-30 Boscombe Avenue E10.

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLAN

MAY BE INSPECTED during normal office hours for 28 days during normal office hours for 28 days commencing on 29 February 2024 at Low Hall Depot, Argall Avenue London, E10 7AS free of charge or via https://www.walthamforest.gov.uk/content/road-traffic-schemes-and-consultations

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order to the making of the proposed order within the period of 28 days commencing on 29 February 2024 by written statement to CommercialTeamLegal@walthamforest.gov.uk

or by post to Legal Services, Waltham Forest Town Hall Complex Forest Road, London, E17 4JF (Ref: NHP.335/JW).

substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be

affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with

the objector about it.
