Notice of proposed development/works at (a) Land to the North West of Parrock Road, Barrowford. 24/0097/VAR Variation of Condition: Vary Condition 2 (Plans) and Condition 14 (Landscaping Scheme) of Planning Permission 21/0758/FUL. The proposal is within the Carr Hall/Wheatley Lane Road Conservation Area. A Public Right of Way is adjacent to the proposal. (b) Butts Mill, The Butts, Barnoldswick. 24/0103/FUL Full: Erection of 2 no. substations and associated works. The proposal is within the Cornmill and Valley Gardens and Barnoldswick Conservation Areas. (c) 8 Victoria Road, Earby. 23/0826/FUL Full: Change of use of offices to hot food takeaway (Sui Generis) at ground floor and a 1 no. apartment at first floor. The proposal is within the Earby Conservation Area. (d) 118–122 Every Street, Nelson. 24/0044/FUL Full: Replacement of windows and doors to timber double-glazed units. The proposal is within the Whitefield Conservation Area.
HOUSEHOLDER APPLICATION
(e) Beckside Cottage, Wycoller Road, Trawden. 24/0091/HHO Full: Erection of part single and part two-storey rear extension, alterations to roof and insertion of new window and rooflight openings. The proposal is within the Wycoller and Trawden Forest Conservation Areas. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

(f) Stable Cottage, Far Wanless Farm, Hollin Hall Trawden. 24/0115/LBC Listed Building Consent: Erection of a single-storey rear stone extension and replacement of all existing windows and doors. The proposal affects a Listed Building. The proposal is within the Trawden Forest Conservation Area. (g) Edge End House, Edge End Lane, Nelson. 24/0114/LBC Listing Building Consent: Removal of render to rear elevation and repointing of the existing stone work with lime mortar. The proposal affects a Listed Building. The proposal is within the Edge End Conservation Area. The Council has received these applications and is required to advertise them under the above legislation. Copies of the applications can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 22 March 2024. Any representations about these applications should be made either in writing to the Planning Services Manager, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG, so as to arrive not later than 22 March 2024; or, a copy of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website (www.pendle.gov.uk under Environment/Planning/View Planning Applications) and comments made online. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. Decisions are normally made within six to eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
