The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:
a. Section 67 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-
24/00121/FUL Full planning permission for the construction of a new two storey education facility, agri-tech centre and cattle shed / livestock building. Includes access works, formation of new vehicular entrance, car parking, landscaping, external lighting, mechanical plant, sub-station, and other associated works. Brooksby Melton College, Hoby Road, Brooksby, Leicestershire.

b. Article 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015:-
24/00117/FUL Conversion of the existing buildings forming the Old College on King Street into 2 x 3 bedroom apartments, 5 x 2 bedroom apartments and 15 x 1 bedroom apartments and the demolition of 3 outbuildings to create a single building consisting of 4 x 1 bedroom apartments. Brooksby Melton College, King Street, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.
c. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
24/00094/DIS Discharge Conditions of planning permission 22/01164/FUL - Condition 4 (sample panel of brickwork - brick type to be used is Autumn Russet) and Condition 9 (Bat and Bird mitigation, compensation and enhancement strategy). Greengates Farm, 23 Main Street, Sproxton, Leicestershire.

d. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-
24/00145/FULHH New 1.5 storey front extension. Proposed loft conversion with hip to gable extensions and raised ridge and eaves. Demolition of existing conservatory, conversion of garage into bedroom accommodation, extension of patio area, installation of velux windows into roof and building to be rendered white. Little Windows, 19 Paradise Lane, Old Dalby, Leicestershire.
23/00717/FUL Proposed new detached residential dwelling with detached garage and change of use of agricultural buildings to ancillary storage. Field OS 1342, Church Lane, Old Dalby.
A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted.
Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
