NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
DISPOSAL OF LAND AT KEN STIMPSON ACADEMY, STANILAND WAY, WERRINGTON PE4 6JT
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Peterborough City Council (“the Council”) intends to appropriate an area of public open space at Ken Stimpson Academy, Staniland Way, Werrington PE4 6JT. The area which is intended to be appropriated is an area of land shown hatched black on the attached Plan.
By virtue of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972
theCouncil is required to give formal notice of its intention to
appropriate public open space and consider any objections to the
proposed disposal.
Any objections or representations regarding the proposed appropriation
of the public open space at Ken Stimpson Academy, Staniland
Way, Werrington PE4 6JT should be made in writing to Legal Services,
Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough PE2 8TY
or by email to legal.property@peterborough.gov.uk to be received
no later than 12 noon on 14th March 2024. The grounds for any objection
should be stated.
