What is planned?
Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.
TWC/2024/0143 & TWC/2024/0144 – Eyton Hall, Eyton – Renovation of the old service courtyard and conversion of the upper part of the garage to residential accommodation, refurbishment of single storey range attached to the north with re-roofing of the open cart bays, to include a gym, 2no. garden stores and a boot room, erection of a single storey extension to the north west elevation to provide an entrance to upper floor accommodation and installation of 27no. solar panels on single storey south west elevation (Full Planning & Listed Building Applications)
TWC/2024/0148 – Ellerdine Grange Farm, Ellerdine – Erection of a barn egg laying unit including all associated works
TWC/2024/0149 – 1 Bath Road, Ironbridge – Erection of a porch to side and rear elevation, creation of 2no. windows and replacement of 3no. windows and 1no. door to side elevation and installation of paving and 2no. roof lights to front (Full Planning Application)
TWC/2024/0152 – Central Reservation north/west of, St Nicholas Church, High Street, Newport – Installation of 3no. fish sculptures
TWC/2024/0154 – 1 Bath Road, Ironbridge – Erection of a porch to side and rear elevation, creation of 2no. windows and repositioning and replacement of 3no. windows and 1no. door to side elevation, installation of paving and 2no. roof lights to front and alterations to existing basement including installation of a waterproofing proprietary tanking system, removal of staircase and walls andlowering of existing floor levels to facilitate the conversion into habitable rooms (Listed building application)

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 21st March 2024 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication. If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
