I give notice that Severn Trent Water Limited is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the change of use of land to operational land for sewage treatment purposes and the installation of a new primary settlement tank and associated infrastructure and landscaping and the installation of an MCC kiosk within the existing site.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated, as it is located within the Derby and Nottingham Green Belt.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at Amber Valley Borough Council Planning Department, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, DE5 3BT (available online at www.ambervalley.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 21 March 2024.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 21 March 2024,
by writing to the Executive Director of Place, at the County Council postal address given above,
by email to: planningrepresentations@derbyshire.gov.uk,or
by using the facility for representations about current planning applications available on the Council’s website www.derbyshire.gov.uk.
Other Information:
The provisions of the development plan which the Council currently consider the proposed development does not accord with relate to policy EN2 of the Amber Valley Borough Council Local Plan. The proposed development within the Green Belt does not fall within the categories identified as appropriate within Policy EN2.
