PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Erection of timber frame building to replace existing,
erection of extension to existing stables including
replacement roof with overhang and installation
of roof mounted solar panels and horse walker at
Townend Farm Woodcock Road Flamborough
YO15 1LF (Ref: 23/03768/PLF)
Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
