Reconfigured entrance layout, two new window openings, replacement roof lantern and reconfiguration of roof plant. Internal refurbishment and conversion including partially reconfigured layout and new staircases.

24/00162/F & 24/00163/L 60 BRACONDALE Removal of single storey flat roofed infill and replace with a new staircase with lead roof to connect ground and first floors.
