Applicant: PVM HOLDINGS LIMITED
Proposal: Erection of 1 No. single storey workshop and ancillary car wash (Use Class B2), 2 No. single storey office buildings (Use Class E(g)(i)), 1 No. single storey ancillary gym building, 4 No. storage buildings and 4 No. storage containers, plus associated hardstanding used for staff and visitor car parking and vehicle storage (ancillary to the workshop). (Retrospective).

Applicant: Mrs Sophia Hassan
Proposal: (1) Replacement single storey side/rear extension to main dwelling; (2) conversion of existing garage to ancillary accommodation, together with two storey side extension and front and rear dormers; and (3) conversion of the barn to ancillary accommodation, together with front and rear dormers to enable enlargement of first floor accommodation.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
*As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
