Having taken the environmental information into account, Arun District Council has Refused planning permission for: FP/274/21/OUT
at Bognor Regis Golf Club Downview Road Felpham PO22 8JD
In accordance with the above Regulation, the Council has prepared a statement containing the following:
The content of the decision;
The main reasons and considerations on which the decision is based including, if relevant, information about participation of the public;
Information regarding the right to challenge the validity of the decision and the procedures for doing so.
