PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Erection of a single storey bay window extension to front
following demolition of existing, construction of new
roof over existing single storey side extension following
demolition of existing canopy and shed, installation
of three roof lights and solar panels to rear and new
ventilated ridge tiles, installation and application of
external insulation and render, installation of replacement
and alterations to doors and windows including
replacement garage door and refurbishment of existing
dormer at front at 80 Main Street Bishop Wilton
YO42 1SP (Ref: 24/00334/PLF)
Proposal (a) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
