TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at the former Caledonian Brewery site, 40 Slateford Road, Shandon, Edinburgh EH11 1PH for the proposed partial demolition and residential redevelopment (including affordable housing) with landscaping, access, associated infrastructure and associated ancillary works of the former brewery site.
Two consultation events will be carried out. An initial event took place on the 7th February 2024. This notice seeks to publicise the 2nd event which will be held by Artisan Real Estate at St Michael's Parish Church, 1 Slateford Road, Edinburgh EH11 1NX on 14th March 2024 between 3.30pm and 7.30pm.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to City of Edinburgh Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to City of Edinburgh Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
