Snells Farm Cottage, Snells Lane, Little Chalfont Listed building consent for demolition of existing cottage (curtilage listed) and erection of replacement three-bed dwelling.
PL/24/0312/FA Affects setting of LB
Bottrells Cottage, 98 Bottrells Lane, Chalfont St Giles Creation and alteration to existing car parking including 600mm retaining wall and steps and proposed front porch.

Comments received on applications are public documents. Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
