What is planned?

Application No: ZA24/25717/OTHERS. Proposal: Prior approval notification to change ground floor usage from retail to licensed cafe/bistro with part of the external rear yard area to be used for access to existing flat along with cafe/bistro usage. Existing first floor flat to remain as exists for Mrs J Abruzzese Location: Amity Place 17 Newmarket Street Skipton BD23 2HX Reason(s): Prior Notification for Change of Use
Application No: ZA23/25472/HH. Proposal: Single storey rear extension for Mr Stuart Anslow Location: 2 Brook Terrace Lothersdale BD20 8EY Reason(s): Is a proposal for demolition of an unlisted building in a Conservation Area. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details.
