What is planned?

Application No: ZA24/25737/FUL. Proposal: Amendment to planning approval 2022/24355/FUL to change the approved office use to residential use and form a 2-bedroom dwelling for Mr M Howson Location: 39 Main Street Ingleton LA6 3EH Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA24/25719/HH. Proposal: Proposal to convert the existing self-contained granny flat attached to 74 High Street into a separate dwelling and build two new detached garages for 74 and 74A High Street for Keith Morley Location: 74 High Street Gargrave BD23 3LX Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA24/25720/LBC. Proposal: Application to vary condition numbers 2 (Approved Plans) 4 (Boundary Walls),5 (Biodiversity),6 (Parking) and 7 (Energy Statement) of planning approval referenced 2020/22302/FUL for SE Design Solutions Location: Castle View Chapel Hill Skipton BD23 1UH Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

Application No: ZA24/25620/HH. Proposal: Proposed single storey side and front extension for Mr Andrew Edwards Location: Old Vicarage Coniston Cold BD23 4EA Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA24/25717/OTHERS. Proposal: Prior approval notification to change ground floor usage from retail to licensed cafe/bistro with part of the external rear yard area to be used for access to existing flat along with cafe/bistro usage. Existing first floor flat to remain as exists for Mrs J Abruzzese Location: Amity Place 17 Newmarket Street Skipton BD23 2HX Reason(s): Prior Notification for Change of Use

Application No: ZA23/25472/HH. Proposal: Single storey rear extension for Mr Stuart Anslow Location: 2 Brook Terrace Lothersdale BD20 8EY Reason(s): Is a proposal for demolition of an unlisted building in a Conservation Area. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

The applications are available to view and for comment online at publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 14th March 2024. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details.
