2. Reserved matters for details of (layout, appearance, landscaping and scale) for plots 1-7 to include 1 and 3 bedroom affordable homes with associated parking, access roads, drainage proposals pursuant to outline planning permission RR/2019/604/P with design guide for 13 conceptual 5 bedroom self-build units. Blackfriars - Land at, Battle RR/2023/2581/P
3. Affects the setting of a listed building. Replace outbuilding on same footprint, replace and increase width of gates and widen vehicle crossover. The Vines, Main Street, Beckley RR/2024/176/P & RR/2024/177/L
4. Bexhill Old Town Conservation Area. Re-roofing of property like for like. 22 High Street, Boswell House, Bexhill RR/2024/184/L
5. Repairs to curtilage listed barn. Climpsetts Farm, Stable Works, The Stage, Salehurst/Robertsbridge RR/2024/270/P
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3 & 5 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 3 & 4 above.
The proposed development in respect of 1 above affects a public right of way. Amended plans/information have been received for the proposed development in respect of 1 above.

www.rother.gov.uk/planning, or via public access computers at Battle Library, 7 Market Square, Battle or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
