(DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
Notice of proposed development/works at (a) Old Chelsea House, Clogg Heads, Trawden. 24/0035/FUL Full: Demolition of existing semi-derelict three-storey dwelling, garages and other outbuildings and the erection of a two-storey replacement dwelling and detached garage with garden room above. The proposal is within the Trawden Forest Conservation Area. (b) West Pasture Farm, Pasture Lane, Barrowford. 24/0067/FUL Full: Conversion of stone barn and the renovation of a former cottage and house to form 2 no. dwellings. A Public Right of Way is adjacent to the proposal. (c) Piked Edge Farm, Skipton Old Road, Colne. 24/0108/FUL Full: Erection of 5 no. motorhome pitches and the change of use from a single-storey lean-to, to form a toilet and shower block. A Public Right of Way is adjacent to the proposal. The Council has received these applications and is required to advertise them under the above legislation. Copies of the applications can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 15 March 2024. The case officers dealing with these applications are: (a) Joanne Naylor who can be contacted on (01282) 661711, (b,c) Alex Cameron (661713). Any representations about these applications should be made either in writing to the Planning Services Manager, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG, so as to arrive not later than 15 March 2024; or, a copy of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website (www.pendle.gov.uk under Environment/Planning/View Planning Applications) and comments made online. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. Decisions are normally made within six to eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
