Mr Darius Limonavicius, Property owner of 125 Langley, Bretton Peterborough, wishes to notify the owner of the land adjacent to the road to the immediate west of his fence of his intention to extend his property. The extension is to be built on land already belonging to Mr Limonavicius, however as a portion of the extension extends beyond Mr Limonavicius’s land onto the strip between the foot path and his fence, Mr Limonavicius wishes to notify the owner via this public notice of his intention to build.
