I give notice that Slinter Mining has submitted to Derbyshire County Council further and other information to an environmental statement that accompanies the above planning application for a lateral extension to the south-west of the existing permitted operations to provide the winning and working of minerals, associated ancillary operations and amended restoration scheme through landfill.
The submitted further and other information consists of:
Botanical Survey and Biodiversity Gain Assessment Report
Revised Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Metric calculations and associated documents
This submission should be read in conjunction with the application documents and previously submitted further and other information.
Members of the public may inspect copies of this information together with the environmental statement, application form, plans and other submitted documents at; Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG (available online at, or at the Planning Department, Derbyshire Dales District Council, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN (available online at, during all reasonable hours until 25 March 2024. Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from Stephenson Halliday, 32 Lowther Street, Kendal, LA9 4DH at a charge of £150.
