IMPORTANT PLANNING APPLICATIONS PUBLIC NOTICES LONDON BOROUGH OF LEWISHAM TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has received the following Applications:
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
Under the above Act and Sections 67 and/or 73 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Blackheath Conservation Area
29 Tranquil Vale SE3 An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for Minor Material Amendments in connection with the planning permission ( DC/21/121861 ) dated 19 May 2021, for the variation of Condition (2) (Approved Drawings) in order to allow:- External material changes with the stone surround being replaced with aluminium flashing/ panel boarding; internal layout amendments to the ground and lower ground floors with changes to a new GF study arrangement to Plot 1 as well as a new oriel window to Plot 1 Kitchen area; Plots 01 first floor terrace revised; The staircase changed to a traditional timber stair; Bi-folds replaced with French doors and sidelights; the Hit & Miss wall panel was omitted, and the Rear elevation was rationalised with timber to upper storeys (DC/24/134567)

124 Friendly Street SE8 Replacement window (DC/24/134629) Lee Manor Conservation Area
Flat 2B Southbrook Road SE12 Replacement windows (DC/23/134081) Sydenham Thorpes Conservation Area
6 Princethorpe Road SE26 Construction of loft conversion including dormer windows & rooflights to the rear roof slope, and construction of single storey rear infill extension (DC/24/134817)
