20/00295/F & 20/00296/L - 79A Upper St Giles Street. Change of use of first floor from residential (Class C3) to private dining room (Class A3), single storey rear extension and replacement kitchen flue (retrospective) and Internal alterations.

24/00126/F - 4 Fishers Lane. Demolition of vacant 2 storey workshop and erection of 2no. 3 storey dwellings with separate access.

24/00165/F - 1 Bacton Road. Erection of fencing.

24/00175/L - The Central Library. Internal alterations on the ground and first floors, known respectively as level 0 and level 1. Minor alteration is also proposed on Level 02.

24/00159/L - 44 St Giles Street. Refurbishment of all sash windows.

24/00113/F - 1 Bessemer Road. Demolition of existing warehouse and erection of replacement warehouse with ancillary click and collect function, and separate commercial units (class E, B2 and B8) with associated hardstanding, landscaping and infrastructure.
