c) Erection of a single storey extension to rear
(resubmission of 23/01747/PLF) at Beech Lodge
20A Church Road Stamford Bridge YO41 1BT
(Ref: 23/03478/PLF)
Proposal (b) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is being given wider publicity.
