What is planned?

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013
as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment
Regulations 2021.

Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for the erection of mixed use development comprising care home and associated amenity facilities, ground floor commercial units, parking, open space, landscaping, and ancillary works on land at corner of St John’s Road and Manse Road, Corstorphine, Edinburgh.
The second of two drop-in consultation events will take place on 28 February 2024 between 2pm and 7pm at the Corstorphine Community Centre, 5 Kirk Loan, Corstorphine, Edinburgh, EH12 7HD. During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals. If required, information is also available by phone on 0131 603 8996 or in writing from Orbit Communications, 42 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4HQ. If you wish to make comments on the proposals shown at this second event, you may do so via a feedback form available at the event or the project website, by email, or in writing no later than 13 March 2024.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to City of Edinburgh Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to City of Edinburgh Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
