Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed developments relate to one or more of the following:

1. The site of the application is within/affecting the setting of a designated Conservation Area (Section 73) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;

3. The application is for a Major Development;

MC/23/2536 10 Love Lane, Rochester, Medway, ME1 1TN
Reason 1 Installation of a total of 9 solar panels to the front and rear of roof.

MC/24/0279 Land South Of View Road, Cliffe Woods, Rochester, Kent
Reason 3 Construction of 25 dwellings with associated landscaping, parking, earthworks and new vehicular access from View Road.

MC/24/0291 Land Adjacent Fenn Street And Ratcliffe Highway, St Mary Hoo, Rochester, Medway

Reason 3 Full planning application for 44 new homes (use class C3) with the provision of associated parking, open spaces, SUDs and earthworks. Provision of overflow parking for Fenn Bell Conservation project and enhancement to existing access from Fenn Street on land adjacent to the Fenn Street and Ratcliffe Highway.
