Notice of Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) to be published in a local newspaper under regulation 7(2)
SCOTTISH POWER ENERGY RETAIL LTD, the prospective applicant, hereby gives notice of a Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) to be undertaken in advance of the submission of a planning application to Highland Council for a
prospective development comprising INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY 20.5KM OF BURIED SMALL DIAMETER RAW WATER SUPPLY MAIN WITH ANCILLARIES INCLUDING PRIMARY PUMP STATION AND TWO INTERMEDIATE PUMP STATIONS/ BALANCING TANKS, ROADSIDE ROUTE BETWEEN
SCOTTISH WATER'S WATER TREATMENT WORKS (WTW) RAW WATER RESERVOIR AT NEWMORE ALNESS AND A PROPOSED HYDROGEN
ELECTROLYSER PLANT EAST OF BEINN THARSUINN WIND FARM EDDERTON, HIGHLAND.

A public event which will include a presentation of the prospective development and opportunity for public discussion with the prospective applicant is to be held Tuesday 27th February at Ardross Community Hall, IV17 0XW between the hours of 3pm to 7.30pm. This is the first of two public events.
Any persons wishing to submit comments in relation to this event should submit these to the agent of the prospective applicant, Scottish Water Horizons, at help@scottishwater.co.uk quoting reference SWH/5121352824 before 12 March. There will be further opportunity to submit comments in the future.
Persons submitting comments in response to Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) are advised that comments submitted to the prospective applicant at this time are not representations to the planning authority; in the event that prospective applicant submits a formal application for planning permission then there would be an opportunity to submit representations.
