PUBLIC INQUIRY At Oru Sutton Times Square Shopping Centre 7 Throwley Way, Sutton SM1 4AF Opening on 5th March 2024 at 10:00 (scheduled for 8 executive days, excluding the weekend) REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeals by Friends of the Elderly

Relating to the application to London Borough of Sutton for Demolition of Peto Wing and rear/side extensions to Woodcote Grove House and provision of Extra Care Development comprising 63 apartments and S cottages (use class C2), associated communal facilities, provision of vehicular parking and associated landscape works (3333140) and Demolition of Peto Wing, laundry plant and rear/side extensions to Woodcote Grove House. Erection of a single storey side extension to Woodcote Grove House and internal and external alterations to the building (3333147) at Woodcote Grove House, Woodcote Grove, COULSDON.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views.
