24/00142/PA – 7 Castle Street Tonbridge TN9 1BH - AAA Premier Investments Ltd is applying for conversion of ground fl oor commercial (Class E) to residential (Class C3) to form 3 residential units with additional windows. Reason: CA LB
24/00155/PA – 69 High Street West Malling ME19 6NA – Nationwide Building Society is applying for Listed Building Application: External and internal signage to be replaced with new and associated works. Reason: CA LB
24/00169/PA – Ightham Mote Mote Road Ivy Hatch TN15 0NT - The National Trust is applying for Listed Building Consent: Undertake remedial works to leadwork and timber substructure and reinstate existing leadwork to turret roof on Gate Tower. Reason: CA LB

24/00201/PA – 9 Stags Head Stafford Road Tonbridge TN9 1HT – Mr R Collins is applying for demolition of existing buildings and erection of six three-bed dwellings. Reason: CA
24/00207/PA – Preston Fields Tonbridge Road Ightham TN15 9AN - Mr & Mrs Brenta are applying for change of use of disused workshop to a one bedroom residential dwelling. Reason: CA
24/00226/PA – 25 Fosse Road Tonbridge TN9 1HX – Mr N Morley is applying for proposed loft conversion with dormer window to rear elevation & 2 No rooflight windows to front elevation. Reason: CA HH
