Demolition of conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension and first floor extension above existing kitchen incorporating rooflights with the addition of decking to rear.

Miller Motorcycles, 27 High Northgate, Darlington, DL1 1UQ (24/00027/FUL)

Partial demolition and rebuild and conversion of first and second floors from shop storage (Use Class E) to 2 no. apartments (Use Class C3) including replacement of shop front, demolition of rear outbuilding, erection of external rear staircase and associated alterations.

One Gym, 70 Northgate, Darlington, DL1 1RH (24/00023/FUL)

Installation of trapezoidal cladding including new double glazed window units on north and west elevations and entrance canopy on east elevation together with the installation of lighting to the upper floors on the west and north elevations and a revised carpark layout (Retrospective Application).

PLANNING PERMISSION LIKELY TO AFFECT THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING
