REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Mr Anthony Barney

Relating to the application to Wiltshire Council for Certificate of Lawfulness for the use of land as a touring caravan site for holiday purposes and parking of unoccupied touring caravans during the months of November to February & Certificate of Lawfulness for use of land as part of a holiday touring park for the purposes of recreational use by guests of the holiday park throughout the year and seasonal grass pitches for tents, campervans and touring caravans during the months of April to September each year at Stonehenge Park, Orcheston.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views. If you, or anyone you know, has a disability and is concerned about facilities at the inquiry venue, you should contact the Council to confirm that suitable provisions are in place.
