REASON FOR INQUIRY: Appeal by Miss Sophie May, Crest Nicholson
Operations Ltd, relating to Horsham District Council’s failure to give notice of its
decision within the appropriate time in respect of a planning application at
Kilnwood Vale, Sub-Phase 3, D, E, F and G, Crawley Road, Faygate, RH12 0DB.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under Paragraph 1(1) of
Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place,
date and time shown above to decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion,
express their views.
